The GP capital solutions team provides:

• Buy and sell side advice for minority equity investments (GP stakes)
• GP Financing advisory for areas such as NAV??preferred equity and other structured finance
• M&A for full acquisitions or disposals of alternative funds

We are recruiting a VP or Director with experience in??any of the following areas:

• FIG/Asset management??M&A,
• Private capital markets / equity placement
• Financial sponsors M&A.
• Secondary investments or advisory
• Co-investments
