What You’ll Do
Develop, manage, and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth and business-owner clients
Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives
Use WPG’s proven wealth strategy system to help clients understand, manage, and maximize cash flow
Design and implement comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client goals
Incorporate diversified investment solutions — both traditional and alternative — to help clients minimize taxes and create multiple cash flow sources
Collaborate with the firm’s leadership, strategists, and support team on planning, investment, and client service initiatives
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and firm policies
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, tax-efficient strategies, and advanced planning concepts
Leverage WPG’s extensive trusted advisor network — including CPAs, attorneys, and M&A professionals — to deliver holistic client outcomes

What You’ll Bring
Active Series 7, Series 65/66, and state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain)
3–5+ years of experience in financial advising or client-facing wealth management
Strong understanding of portfolio design, tax-aware planning, and investment solutions
Proven ability to attract, serve, and retain long-term client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in an independent, growth-oriented environment
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Values collaboration and believes clients are best served by a trusted team approach
